"Mobbing" - psychological terror in the workplace and its impact on jobs.

The bachelor thesis is focused on psychological terror at work - mobbing. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters, which deal with defining the concepts of mobbing. There are described characters, goals, causes, motives, reactions of victims, consequences and prevention of defense against mobbing. The practical part consists of a mixed research, qualitative as interviews and quantitative in the form of questionnaires. Within the qualitative research there are realized three case studies of victims of mobbing. There is characteristics of organization where victims of mobbing or bossing faced, further rise, progress, development, addressing their situation and future plans
